Over time, numerous technical consulting activities have been added: industrial layout design, ergonomic studies, logistics flow setup, handling and packaging department start-up, spare parts warehouse development, and technical packaging design for the automotive sector. These are projects that have required a constant presence at the operating sites and direct interaction with the various figures involved: engineers, plant managers, operators, quality, safety, and international teams.
A fundamental part of his professional history is represented by the many years spent within a large international logistics and transport group, where he consolidated his skills in team management, global customer relations, and the design of solutions for production distributed across multiple countries.
The experience included extended business trips, participation in productive start-ups abroad, the creation of information systems for warehouse management, problem solving on complex systems, and the drafting of dedicated technical documentation.
